Resident Evil Revelations 1 and 2 coming to Nintendo Switch in November

Despite the fact that the Revelations spin-off franchise never really garnered the same amount of traction and popularity as the core Resident Evil series, Capcom is committed to getting both Resident Evil Revelations and its sequel, Resident Evil Revelations 2, into the hands of as many gamers as possible by announcing that both titles will be coming to the Nintendo Switch later this year.

According to this recent tweet from the official Resident Evil Twitter account, Resident Evil Revelations and Resident Evil Revelations 2 will both launch for the Nintendo Switch on November 28. Both games are known for helping to further pioneer the new concept of being able to move and shoot at the same time (after the disappointing reception of Resident Evil 6), and for giving fans the much-loved Raid mode, an arcade-style single-player experience that helped to dramatically increase the long-term value of both games. Resident Evil Revelations 2 also saw the return of fan favorite Barry Burton.

Specific details such as a price point and whether each game will be available individually or if they’ll be a strict package deal have yet to be disclosed, but Capcom has plenty of time to get those points in order before the November release date arrives.
